Longshadow Consulting, LLC is an oil and gas-well site that provides engineering consulting.
Longshadow was in need of a logo and business cards. They had a rough idea that included a drilling rig (derrick) that would create a “long shadow”, possibly using the rig as the L in the name. While we went ahead and attempted this vision, in the end the client agreed it was much too busy and approved the direction you see here. While the logo is much more minimal at its core, we were sure to utilize the derrick and long shadow concept in the business cards, expanding the brand possibilities and enhancing the design.
