Black Rock was seeking a macho/bold, intelligent, stylish, and down-to-earth logo to stand out from the competition. Considering the business name, we didn’t hesitate to look for ways to incorporate rock imagery into the design.
They needed a mark that would thrive on white shirts, white trucks, and possibly a dark background for future business card/branding. They didn’t want to “look rich” despite their high-end clientele, and we feel this concept is grounded (no pun intended), yet carries the professionalism required. Considering the construction background of the owners, this logo stays true to their roots (sorry, couldn’t help it!).
