Which package should I choose?
Budget is often the deciding factor when it comes to selecting a logo package. With 3 packages on the table, we try to accommodate as many businesses as possible.
It’s worth noting that while budget is a strong consideration, there are definitely other elements in play. For example, do you already have an idea of what you’d like your logo to look like? Some clients present their own ideas & sketches, in which case the basic package might be exactly what we need to bring your vision to life. On the other hand, if you enjoy a little more flexibility throughout the design stages, the standard or advanced package might make sense. Ultimately, your logo is an investment. With every upgrade in package we will have more concepts available to explore ideas and additional rounds of revisions to work with.
How long does the logo design process take? Do you accept rush jobs?
We average 3-5 business days for delivery of the initial concepts.
As you can imagine, it’s best to avoid rushing the development of your new logo. However, if you’re on a tight deadline we can usually make ourselves available. Please contact us with any time restrictions and we can offer a quote that includes the expedited service.
What if I don't have any imagery suggestions, or color preferences to provide in the questionnaire?
This is perfectly fine. The questionnaire is simply in place to help facilitate the briefing process and discover any personal preferences that may exist. If you’d rather defer to our recommendations, we will always do diligent research and focus on successfully connecting you with your target audience.
Why do you ask for sample logos? Where should I look to find designs that I enjoy?
Requesting sample logos helps us connect with the client. The feedback that is provided will effectively narrow down the styles and layouts for us to explore. There are many solutions available for any given project. With your input we will work toward a finished product that both you and your viewers will love.
Logo Pond is a great place to browse logo designs. A quick, targeted search (for example: “Restaurant Logos”) will reveal many samples within a specific industry.
What if I already have a logo and only need a slight modification?
If you have a very specific adjustment in mind, shoot us an email and we will be happy to offer the best price possible. Anything beyond that though and we tend to default to the basic package (which is geared for projects that require creative design solutions).
What are redraws? How do they differ from a revision?
A redraw is the development of a brand new concept. When dealing with creative solutions, there is always the chance of a slight disconnect between the vision of a designer and client. If the initial concepts don’t quite seem to strike a cord, we will gather as much feedback as possible, bounce new ideas, and return to the drawing board. While redraws involve the creation of a new concept, revisions consist of the refinement of an existing logo concept.
What file formats are provided upon completion?
AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, & JPG files are all included. You will have full access to the vector source files which can be used for any digital or print materials in the future.
